We are looking for a Marketing Presentations Assistant with fresh ideas and a sharp focus on detail to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will craft compelling visual presentations that communicate complex ideas through clear, impactful slides and visual narratives.
Job Description
- Craft compelling on-brand content for offline marketing materials using PowerPoint, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and visual impact
- Interview technical experts and stakeholders to collect the information and turn it into business-oriented content
- Maintain and apply our brand guidelines across all presentation materials to ensure consistency and professionalism
- Manage multiple presentation projects, meeting deadlines and adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Proofread documents to guarantee accuracy and quality in all presentation materials
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (other presentation and design tools are also beneficial) and Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year of work in a similar position
- Great attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
- Proactive approach to learning
- Sense of style and ability to deliver high-quality visuals
- Ability to remain creative and convincing while meeting deadlines and business requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines as well as in long-term builds
- Excellent communication skills and a «team player» mentality
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience in creating presentations for IT & Tech companies (SaaS, Product development, App/software development, Web design & development)
