CUSTOMER
A few years back, a client, part of a prominent media group, embarked on a creative venture by developing and launching two mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. These innovative apps were designed to cater to the Arabic-speaking audience, offering an engaging experience of reading comics.

PROJECT
The project aims to address performance issues hindering our client's mobile apps and enhance their user-friendliness. By infusing innovative monetization and gamification features, we aspire to turn ordinary interactions into captivating experiences. Job Description

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions
• Thoroughly understand and prioritize business needs
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and unambiguous requirements
• Document, analyze, and visualize business processes
• Identify current deficiencies in the development process, procedures, engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvements
• Report status and progress according to project demands
• Communicate with the development team

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements
• Meticulous in documentation creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
• Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Understanding basic mathematics, basic coding knowledge of front-end, back-end, and databases to effectively communicate with the development team
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
