Production Superintendent - Chemicals

Dallas-Fort-Worth area

Overview:

This opportunity is with a high-purity specialty chemical manufacturer located near Dallas, TX. It's a leadership role where you'll drive operational excellence at a small to medium-sized, 24/7 operational plant. Your focus will be on overall production and achieving consistent rates. You'll ensure adherence to safety protocols, lead daily production to meet targets, and manage a team of three direct reports: two production supervisors and one engineer, who oversee a team of approximately 30 hourly employees. Other responsibilities include training and developing on-site technical personnel, conducting employee and production investigations, coaching the team on improvements, and planning future production expansions. However, some availability nights and weekends may be required to answer technical questions and address emergency scenarios. This plant is a focal point for the company, with planned future investments. You will report to the Plant Manager.
