User Acquisition Manager at Updraft

Job Descrption

Updraft is an award-winning FCA approved app available on IOS/Android. Our mission is simple - to help consumers find freedom from cumulative lifestyle borrowing such as credit-cards, overdrafts and buy-now pay-later schemes.

While retailers and some start-ups remain intent on weaponising algorithms to maximise profit, we harness behaviour science, AI and expertise to offer our users powerful counter-measures.

After recently raising £72m to help UK consumers and with significant growth of the business, we are now looking for an ambitious user aquisition manager to join our mission.

Here's a little more about the role:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise customer acquisition efforts across digital channels to maximize loan originations and reach growth targets.

• Work with our growth team to prioritise acquisition experiments and discovery of new performance channels

• Use data-driven insights to enhance performance through targeting and audience segmentation

• Track KPIs and provide reports and performance analysis

• Deliver clear, concise briefs to supporting creative and design teams

• Produce reports informing the team about key metrics

• Establish great working relationships with all of us here at Updraft

Requirements

What we're looking for from you:

• In-depth knowledge of acquisition platforms and channels (SEO, SEM, Meta, TikTok)

• An ability to work autonomously and drive to to be proactive in getting things done

• Excellent knowledge of online marketing and digital advertising

• Familiarity with marketing tracking and audience measurement tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Analytical thinker with great attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Awareness of compliance and financial regulation

• Past experience within consumer finance and/or start-ups is a bonus
