JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs reporting and analysis and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with reporting and analysis and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

Develop, prepare and present federal and state statistical, financial and management reports. Perform business analyst duties.

Compile and analyze data, determine effectiveness and recommend next appropriate action. Gathers information, creates projections, models and targets through holding meetings, interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Provide training for other team members.  Coordinate assignments and tasks; maintain open communication and working relationships to solve problems and make decisions.

Work in Microsoft Office using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, state systems, and other technology programs to research and evaluate information and resolve complex issues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

  • One year of recent experience performing business analyst duties, such as conducting interviews, gathering report requirements, documenting business processes, developing performance reports and validation of reports through testing.
  • One year of recent experience independently coordinating projects with deadlines to deliver a final work product.
  • Evidence of progressively responsible experience in the public and/or private sector.       
  • Two years experience using MS WORD and EXCEL.                                

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference for experience within the Child Support Program.
  • Preference for experience creating business reports within the last 12 months.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This role is eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.

SALARY: $45,308.76 - $60,588.96 annually
