Your Role 

To help strengthen our established operations team, we are looking to recruit 2 new trainee operations managers who will be exposed to every area of terminal operations. This will include spending time at different terminals to learn the differences in our network and provide greater understanding and knowledge of our business. Working with and supporting other departments to maximise asset availability and minimise downtime without compromising safety.   

About You 

We would expect the candidate to have a minimum of A Levels (or equivalent) in mathematics and science.  The candidate should have experience managing operational or maintenance staff on a COMAH site ideally gained in a chemicals, oil or gas processing environment and practical experience of permit to work systems and contractor control.
