Job Responsibilities:
- Process domestic & international invoices for multiple legal entities and product groups, inclusive of:
- OBD (Outbound Deliveries) billing
- Service Contracts billing, monthly, quarterly
- Project Billing plans based on contract milestones
- POC (Percentage of Completion) – revenue recognized periodically throughout life of contract
- CCM (Completed Contract Method) – customer advances and revenue recognized at end of contract
- Manage distribution of invoices through various channels (mail, email, Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, Taulia & other various invoice portals).
- Assist customers with tax disputes, freight, purchase order discrepancies and various customer requests as needed.
- Generate monthly/quarterly intercompany rebills to various legal entities for allocation of shared costs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- SAP/S4Hana Experience is strongly preferred; not required.
- 3 years’ work history in similar position handling complex billing plans in a large company environment.
- Experience with Automated billing processes.
- Sales tax experience relating to billing.
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Multi-Currency (USD, EUR, CAD, etc).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to interact with all levels in an organization.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain customer service focus.
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook and Word, and preferable to have experience using TEAMS.
