Main activities:
- Develop and update standard maintenance procedures (Vibration Products and Monitoring services)
- Develop technical portifolio (sucess cases) to support sales
- Performe customer’s assessment to support sales
- Lead technical discussion with the client
- Develop technical proposal based on the assessment result and the customer needes (number of sensors, base station, number of sensors per equipment, alarm setup strategy)
- Support contract mobilization, comissioning and startup
- Collect data in the field / routes using measuring instruments (vibration, temperature, noise, photographic and thermographic images)
- Vibration analysis and equipment diagnosis with high complexity offline and online
- Vibration system management (alarms/alerts condition and condition of the system itself)
- Perform the measurement and diagnosis of low speed equipment using the set of multi parameters like (Vibration, Acoustic Emission, Lubricant Analysis, per ANDRITZ Slow Speed Bearing Monitoring procedures);
- Lead on-line monitoring team and field service team
- Train on-line monitoring team workforce
- Train field service team workforce
Level of Experience Required:
- Over 5 year expirince with vibration analysis and reliability engineering
- Over 5 year expirence at the Pulp and Paper Business
Education (required):
- Bachelors degree
- Vibration Analysis Iso Category II or higher
