The Menominee Mill (located in Menominee, Michigan), produces high-quality recycled bleached kraft pulp annually for manufacturers of uncoated free sheet, commercial and away-from-home tissue, and coated paper in the United States.

The Shift Tester position will conduct quality assurance testing, assuring company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. Candidates must be flexible and willing to move, with notice, to work with all four crews as needed. This is a full-time position, on a twelve (12) hour rotating shift.

Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Candidates should have prior experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Successful applicants need to be self-directed individuals and must possess excellent trouble shooting/problem solving skills as well as good written and oral skills. Must be professional and able to work both independently and as part of our team. Candidates should have the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, quality orientation, attention to detail, math skills and lab techniques.
