  • Work with peers in product management and engineering to regularly identify and implement ways to improve collaboration and operational aspects of product and service.

Who You Are

  • Dedicated to managing and meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; seeks first-hand customer information and uses it to inform feature definition and development; brings a cohesive perspective of the customers to their work; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

  • Knowledge and use of technical, market, and customer research methodologies.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills for internal audiences of all levels and externally with partners and customers. They are a “trusted” voice of product.

  • Technical aptitude capable to comprehend target customer IT infrastructure, company products and services at a system, data flow and API level, the ins and outs of development, design, agile framework, software development, and scrum approach.

  • Contributor to the decomposition of strategic objectives into phased operational and tactical goals and measures.
