We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage consistent newsletter
- Manage Asana
- Understand HIPPA
- Create landing pages and lead magnets
- Create and manage editorial calendar for social media and blogs
- Assist with moving patients over from EMR to ConvertKit
- Outreach for podcasts
- Create a list of podcasts client can be a guest on
- Pitch client to be a guest on podcasts
- Schedule podcast
- Send bio, headshot, etc.
- Repurpose podcast into blogposts, social media content, etc.
- Create Canva templates using branding and colors
- Create and manage Amazon shop after new website is launched
- Organize documents
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms:
- Canva
- Google Suite
- Asana
- ConvertKit
- Meta
- Amazon
Requirements
- Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must)
- Interest / passion in health and wellness / functional medicine (a must)
- Creative
- Good grammar and ability to write social copy
- Intuitively organized
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- 10 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
- Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone
