As Thought Industries Senior Director, Corporate and Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting our GTM Brand, PR and Corporate Marketing initiatives, working to position the Thought Industries as the Key Market Leader globally. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the role will be successful if s/he can ensure Ti's Brand and Corporate messages are 100% aligned to the overall Marketing group, helping develop quality pipeline, and market voice which excites our prospects and customers alike.
Working across teams, with subject-matter experts in each of our target verticals and geos, the Senior Director, Corporate and Brand Marketing will play a central role in planning and executing brand awareness, advocacy and awareness which differentiates Ti in a crowded and competitive, and at times complex, market which we need to work to simplify the message, be seen, and be heard.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field desired.
6+ years of experience working in a B2B SaaS-focused Brand strategy or Corporate marketing role.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute Corporate and Brand strategies in a fast-growing tech environment
Experience working with a direct sales team, as well as with product management and customer success teams.
Experience with direct line management
Deep understanding of training as a business, business services, or associations industries desired
Self-starter eager to own projects and focus on execution where it’s needed.
Demonstrated ability to communicate the value of a product to solving business challenges. We want to educate an industry over pushing a product.
Excellent written and in-person communication skills. Our team works 100% remotely and it's important that we're able to understand each other through text and spoken word.
Eagerness to collaborate, learn, and contribute. You’re equally comfortable writing content for a sales sheet and landing page as you are defining and managing the various components of a product launch.
Previous experience with external learning and/or online learning software is preferred
Comfortable working closely with leadership teams at a cross-departmental level
Passionate, motivated and hungry to succeed.
