As Thought Industries Senior Director of Solutions Marketing, you will be responsible for direction and execution in two key areas of our GTM: Product Marketing and Content Strategy. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the role will be successful if s/he can ensure Ti's thought leadership and product enablement content are 100% aligned, helping develop quality pipeline, and GTM strategy to excite our prospects and customers alike.
Working across teams, with subject-matter experts in each of our target verticals and geos, this role will play a central role in planning and executing thought leadership and field enablement to differentiate Ti in a crowded and competitive, and at times complex, market which we need to work to simplify the message, be seen, and be heard.
In this role, you’ll be successful if you can:
Market Strategy:
Conduct market and customer research to gather data and insights about target personas, buyer needs, competitive differentiators, and the purchasing decision process for external learning, including key buyer roles.
Become the expert in the competitive landscape, and ensure battle cards, product collateral, and other field enablement materials reflect current market conditions.
Thought Leadership / Content Strategy:
Create industry leading thought leadership content and event programming that differentiates Thought Industries from the competition in high priority verticals.
Provide the Demand Generation team with the content needed to support quarterly campaigns and drive quality pipeline.
Articulate the value of the Thought Industries platform via blog posts, white papers, product videos, website copy, and sales enablement materials.
Provide expert guidance for marketing emails, content marketing, and customer communications.
Field Enablement
Work with the Field Ops team to develop field enablement and training materials that resonate with the buying audience and communicate the value of the Thought Industries solution.
Assist Customer Marketing in the creation of customer references and testimonials for external and internal use.
Provide input into RFPs to ensure value messaging consistency and sales success.
Product GTM
Work with the Product team to manage our strategic product GTM efforts. Ensure competitive differentiators and value-based messaging is created and communicated across marketing, sales, and customer experience teams.
Influence the product roadmap with well-defined market requirements.
Assist the Product team in launching and communicating product updates and improvements.
