ABOUT YOU:
As Client Executive, you will be a proactive and imaginative member of the Client Services team in partnership with the Client Managers and Directors. You will be supporting client projects, ensuring positive client experience with exceptional client service, and communicating daily with project teams and internal stakeholders. Most importantly, you will always challenge the conventional with the unconventional and roll up your sleeves to go the extra mile.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparing weekly client account status reports with strategic sharpness
- Creating and setting up decks using Keynote
- Producing client agendas and high-level timings for projects and the Bulletproof team to ensure successful delivery
- Developing briefs for start to finish, from development to production, ensuring the project meets client expectations
- Support in the development and writing of project proposals and estimates In tandem with the program management team, ensure all project phases are delivered on time and within budget, preventing any costs that would compromise profit
- Reporting monthly budget reconciliations and raising concern where appropriate
- Reporting weekly financial status reports and invoicing reports to Client Directors and other relevant stakeholders
- Collaborating with client services management team to cultivate solid relationships with clients through exceptional service, in the form of timely follow ups, detailed meeting recaps / contact reports, timelines and presentation coordination (e.g. scheduling)
- Support in the research and auditing of our clients, ensuring we’re up to date with their business including press, new innovations, client personnel team moves
- Support in the creation of presentations by ensuring deck templates are set up at the beginning of a project and ensuring any presentation is thoroughly proofread
- Schedule client calls and ensure accurate follow up tasks from meetings
- Maintaining records of all existing and potential clients
- Responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manger
- Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they have the means to work to the best of their ability
- Following external client meetings, providing clear and actionable feedback
- Ensure all client supplied documents, including files, assets, briefs, research documents, etc. are saved on the internal file server promptly
Requirements

- Exceptional attention to detail, communication and client / customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, across several projects and team structures
- Building strong relationships internally and externally, and providing support where needed
- Overly communicative and connecting dots across projects and across team
- Calm, cool and collected under pressure and willing to pivot as needed
