Job Description

Lead a team of 1-4 consultants in the Reporting work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. 
  • Architect the Workday Reporting solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated. 
  • Provide reporting expertise in current functionality, design concepts, touch points with HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Talent, Prism, BIRT, dashboards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality. 
  • Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution  
  • Provide the PM/HCM/Technical Lead with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.

Must have:

  • Existing and up to date Workday Reporting Certification
  • 2+ years of consulting experience
  • 1 Full lifecycle Workday Implementation
  • Bachelor's degree or 12 years of experience or Associate Degree and 6 years of experience

Bonus Points if:

  • 1+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer 

Eligibility Requirements: 

  • US Citizenship required

Clearance Requirements:

  • Eligible to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
