The Role

As the Senior Manager of Field Marketing at CompanyCam, you will be focused on implementing strategic campaigns across channels such as events, account-based marketing, and partnership marketing. In this role, you’ll oversee the team currently managing these programs, provide strategic direction, and fuel cross-functional initiatives that result in pipeline growth and health. You’ll work closely with leaders across the company such as Data, Sales, and Customer Success to measure the qualitative and quantitative results of field marketing initiatives.

In this job you will...

  • Orchestrate field marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and lead generation from programs such as events, ABM, and channel partners.
  • Oversee the team strategizing and executing event strategies, co-marketing with strategic partners, and targeting high-value accounts in one-to-few marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze results from field marketing initiatives to create plans to scale field marketing programs.
  • Be accountable to the channel performance expectations as defined by pipeline, and sales accepted leads generated by each channel.

You must...

  • Have experience running ABM, event marketing, and/or partnership marketing campaigns.
  • Have experience building and managing high-performing teams, simultaneously achieving strategic marketing KPIs.
  • Be proficient in lead tracking software or campaign management tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and data tracking and visualization tools such as Metabase.
  • Understand how day-to-day tasks roll up to company-level goals.
  • Have 5+ years experience spearheading strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Posses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Do good by treating your co-workers and customers the way you would like to be treated.
  • Be technically savvy and hungry to learn the ins and outs of our platform quickly.
  • Reside permanently and currently in the United States. Sorry, we're not hiring outside the U.S. at this time even if you're willing to work during U.S. time zones.

It'd be nice if you...

  • Know how to build marketing automation and implement processes for ongoing tracking, testing, and iterating.
  • Have built potent cross-functional processes and teams.
  • Have experience writing conversion-driven copy.
  • Have experience with outbound sales and marketing funnels.

Compensation: This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary range is $100,000 - $110,000 and is based on experience.  We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
