Job Description

What You'll Do:

• The Outbound Automation Specialist is a hybrid between an SDR and a Marketing Automation/Revenue Operations skillset. In this role, you will be the technology expert for platforms like Clay, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and SimilarWeb. You will also design and execute outbound sales plays on your territory. Drive fast, use the technology at your disposal, run plays and help the team do the same. Go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution.
• An example of a task in this role would be taking a large list of manufacturing companies, creating a messaging sequence, segmenting the list and pushing it into your outbound email campaigns. Helping others on the team run the same play for their territories if applicable. Analyzing the success, evolving and repeating.

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Required / Minimum:

• You are a technology enthusiast with a high level of technical and computational literacy (non-coding)
• You are a team player
• You enjoy wordsmithing and take pride in your copyrighting abilities
• You like to learn and absorb information quickly
• You are data-driven and use process to your advantage
• You are empathetic
• You want to use your business acumen to diagnose and solve for underlying problems
• You have a base level of general computational/technical literacy including the Microsoft Suite of products

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/analytics/sales/related field or 2-4 years of professional experience
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Demonstrated history of achieving excellence
• Tech industry experience
• Experience in sales development and/or marketing
