Job Purpose
As a Senior SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. Your goal is to ensure that our company’s sales targets are met and exceeded.

You’ll be reporting to the Head of Sales
Salary
£60,000-70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Requirements
Abut the role
Outbound Prospecting: Develop customer profiles for highly tailored outbound prospecting efforts. Research and identify high value prospects.
Lead Qualification: Assess interest, estimate order intake and readiness for sales engagement.
Sales Opportunities: Exceed monthly goals by creating sales opportunities through outbound emails, LinkedIn, Telegram, social media, and other channels.
Setting Appointments: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the Sales Executives.
Process Improvement: Work closely with the Head of Sales to refine sales processes, with a focus on sales efficiency.
Who are we looking for?
You have minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You are proficient in using sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Pipedrive.
