We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join UNLIMITED in a pivotal role, where you will be responsible for spearheading New Business initiatives across our Human Understanding Lab (HUL), digital platform, and Insights and Analytics division.

This is a highly visible role, connecting with all internal teams across UNLIMITED at every level of seniority and requires gravitas, and a determination to get the job done whilst balancing many opinions and deadlines.

Your role will encompass running creds meetings, delivering prospecting campaigns, building responses to RFIs, owning the New Business Knowledge bank, HubSpot Reporting, as well as direct business development.

Our Human Understanding Lab helps brands to build strategies around human beings that deliver better business outcomes. It provides deep, human-centric insight and analytics across the brand experience journey to unlock real business advantage for clients.

Our digital platform LUCA gives global access to automated insight tools analysing and visualising data at speed.

Your role will involve promoting these tools, our Insight Hub, and our capabilities to a broader client base. Additionally, you will provide support to the senior team in achieving the growth and sales objectives of the Insight and Analytics Division, actively generating leads and cultivating a pipeline of potential clients.

We’ll be looking for you to:

• Work closely with senior members of UNLIMITED on the implementation of prospecting campaigns across multi-channels, supporting cross-selling opportunities within Unlimited, helping to articulate and develop new prospects.
• Implement the I+A division’s new business sales strategy, supporting the integrated sales and marketing of products, including the HUL and LUCA platform.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams internally to spearhead partnership opportunities and integration.
• Contribute to the writing and editing of thought leadership content, the content creation and social media output.
• Foster and maintain relationships with intermediaries, journalists, and industry contacts to keep them informed with the latest projects and initiatives.
• Efficiently manage the process for handling Request for Information (RFI) submissions.
• Collaborate in assembling the ideal pitch teams, ensuring adherence to the pitch process, maintaining high standards.

• A New Business Development expert with a track record of success in the fast paced world of creative, integrated, digital, or media agencies. Additionally, a solid understanding of the research industry is highly desirable.
• You’ll have sound commercial acumen, understanding business dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities, with a passion for achieving success and driving positive outcomes for the organisation.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, always seeking improved and more efficient methods.
• Creative thinking skills, with a passion for innovative approaches to reaching our target audience.
• You’ll have a proven ability to collaborate effectively, building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Excellent new business and negotiation skills, building pipelines and getting prospects attention and engagement.
• An entrepreneurial and analytical thinker. Able to spot new opportunities with a research and data-led approach.
• Well organised and a good internal collaborator, able to get everyone ‘on side’ and gain their respect and support.
