Your Role:
The Finance Operations Manager oversees all accounting operations, including billing, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.

What you'll do:

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Facilitate month-end and year-end close process
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
Maintain high-quality control of financial transactions and reporting
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
Ensure timely and accurate payroll cycles
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts
Review and implement financial policies
Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management
Undertake additional financial tasks as necessary

Who you are

2+ overall accounting and finance experience; in the SME tech space desirable
Expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, and bookkeeping
Proficient with Spreadsheet and financial software; Xero experience desirable
Solid grasp of financial regulations
Analytical with strong numerical and time management skills
BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar; CFA/CPA desirable
