The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Failure and Experimentation Executive to join our team. Experimentation and failing fast have been a critical part of the businesses success, with The Diary of a CEO podcast growing from 100,000 YouTube subscribers to over 5 million in just 2 years. It’s one of our founding principles. The right individual for this role will be forward-thinking, passionate and have a desire to change the world. You are constantly finding new ways to work and challenging the status quo through ideation and innovation backed with evidence and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with running innovative viable experiments through the scientific method with a vision of rapid growth. 
• Analysing and reporting on experiments the team have run, keeping track of them in the master system, then sharing these learnings in a concise and comprehensive manner with the wider team.  
• Keeping the team on top of algorithm changes and new experiments the major social platforms and podcast media platforms are running. 
• Ideating, finding and staying ahead of new innovations and businesses that could be useful to the team. 
• Being a leading figure encouraging rapid experimentation and failure within the team. 

Requirements

Must Haves

• An understanding of the scientific experimentation method and how to find and run experiments. 
• A mentality to constantly seek out new ideas and innovations to stay ahead of the game. 
• Ability to understand and take learnings from sets of data. 
• Be comfortable with failure and sharing the learnings that shape how we work in the future.  
• Previous experience or knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms as well as experience with large media platforms such as YouTube, Spotify and Apple. 
• Understands the value of growth hacking and encourages rapid experimentation through growth hacks. 
• Experience working collaboratively with other teams within a company and managing stakeholders and expectations. 
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills within individuals and team environments.  
• Strong organisation and time management skills both individually and with the wider team. 

Nice To Haves

• Interest and experience using AI and integrating it into your work. 
• Ability to analyse podcast media and social media analytics tools and take learnings from them. 

Location:

• London - Shoreditch ~ we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.
• Some roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important and your hiring manager will confirm this with you during the interview process
