We have ambitious expansion plans based on providing an ‘in demand’ portfolio of services to a growing number of members and business partners, both in the UK & internationally.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, and organised individual to join us and support with the logistical, administrative, and creative requirements of our high volume, fast paced B2B events and marketing function.
 
This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, good knowledge and use of digital tools and a willingness to learn and develop within the role. You will need to be a calm and organised individual, be comfortable working with data and able to prioritise your own workload and deliver high quality outputs at pace. This is your opportunity to get involved in the end-to-end delivery of virtual and in person events and become the key point of contact for all logistical and administrative event enquiries. You’ll also be providing general administrative support to the marketing and events team with activities ranging from content creation, invoice admin, scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing databases.
 
The successful candidate will be being comfortable working in a fully remote (but very supportive, fun and flexible!) environment and enjoy working as part of a team but also as an individual contributor.
