CurrentBody is a global e-commerce company and the leading experts in beauty devices. We are constantly innovating and bringing the latest advancements in beauty technology to our customers around the world. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team and support New Product Development (NPD) projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of bringing new beauty devices to market. From concept ideation to product launch, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to drive the NPD process from concept to market launch.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Identify and resolve project issues and obstacles, and escalate when necessary.
• Conduct post-launch evaluations and gather insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role, ideally within the consumer electronics, medical or beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle and experience managing projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen interest in emerging developments within beauty technology, along with a thorough grasp of the technical nuances and scientific evidence that underlie the product development process.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the confidence to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Passionate about beauty devices and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
