In an integrated role, where no two days are alike, the Press Office Ambassador is responsible for ensuring a pleasant, professional and efficient front-of-house and general office environment, with a focus on developing and maintaining relationships with the team, clients, work-experience candidates and industry, and a high-level contribution to agency culture.

The role requires an attentive, responsive, can-do attitude. Time management is critical to effectively execute reception and showroom duties whilst providing culture, office, and administrative support to the agency and our clients.

The Press Office Ambassador is the first point of contact for clients, media, work experience candidates, suppliers and guests.

Attention to detail, interpersonal skills and high levels of professionalism are essential.

• Eagerness to take ownership of reception and showroom tasks
• Strong work ethic; no task too big or too small, and will complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner
• A team player with the ability to take the initiative without direction and find creative solutions
• Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills
• Fashion showroom or retail experience
• Highlyorganisedd with strong attention to detail
• Ability tomulti-taskk and work to deadlines
• Familiarity with new software and all social media platforms
• Currently living in Sydney with working rights
