Quays Park Nursery are looking for an energetic Toddler Room Leader to join our amazing team, as we continue to grow and promote internally, making the most of your Leadership experience and a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.

£30,500 Salary plus Annual Bonus, Benefits & Travel - Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

This is a Full Time, Permanent opportunity to lead a large team of Early Years Educators, in our growing nursery in Portishead, supported by a Children's Progress Lead and offering great opportunities for career progression. Quays Park Nursery has a capacity for 120 children across 3 dedicated rooms with an incredible adventure garden.

Requirements

This individual will have passion and enthusiasm for safeguarding children and delivering high standards of care.

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• QTS or equivalent an advantage
• At least 2 years experience in a childcare setting.
• Experience in a leadership or management role.
• A great understanding of the EYFS.
• Excellent knowledge of child protection procedures.
• A passion and enthusiasm for childcare.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Good timekeeping, organisation and reliability.
