Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced educator to join our team as a tutor, to work within our Schools and Early Years. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering training to make a significant contribution to our organisation and our learners. The successful candidate will play a key part in developing and delivering our Schools and Early Years programme.
Job Entails
Key responsibilities and objectives of the job are:
• Deliver our Schools and Early Years programme across a range of sectors.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative approaches to training, including the use of digital platforms and tools.
• Work closely with external partners and stakeholders to ensure that our training programs are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other tutors and assessors
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our Schools and Early Years programs, using data and analytics to continually improve the quality and impact of our offerings.
Person Specification
• A strong track record of delivering Schools and Early Years within an education or training context.
• Experience working as part of a team of trainers and assessors is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines.
• A passion for making a difference to people's lives through education and training.
