The Business Director will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and growth across a portfolio of accounts. Ensuring our exceptional standards of client servicing are being met, building and growing client relationships and pushing the wider team to deliver a high standard of work for our clients and the agency. You will also lead select new business pitches and opportunities with support from the Client Services Director and New Business team.

As with the other senior members of the client services teams, you will also be instrumental in continuing to develop and improve our Client Services offering across TMW London, alongside the Client Services Director and other senior team members.

What you will need to succeed …

We are looking for someone who can lead calmly, with authenticity and gravitas. They know how to get the best out of their team while giving them the space and guidance to grow.

They should have integrated experience and be able to hold their own with senior leads and experts across the wider business, as well as senior clients. With the new business focus on this role, relevant experience in this area is required, as is an ambitious, self-starting attitude and ability to galvanise the agency around an opportunity.

In line with TMWs ambitions to be the UK’s leading integrated agency the candidate will have a real mix of channel experience and we are particularly interested in candidates with ATL knowledge.

They will have the ability to create strong client relationships and really understand their clients’ businesses.

As a department; Client Services excellence, strong client growth and a combination of sound commercials and creative ambition are extremely important to us, as well as being pragmatic, calm, supportive of each other and having as much fun as we can along the way!

You will be supported by SAM and SAD and work closely with a Creative Director and Planning Director.
