The registered nurse is responsible for providing clinical care to support all clinical programs within Everly Health (including Everlywell, Natalist, and Everly Health Solutions). The core objective for RN is to deliver high-quality, consistent clinical support in an innovative telehealth setting. We aim to increase access to diagnostic testing in a safe, medically responsible manner. This position will primarily involve working within a broader clinical care setting to assist with fundamental tasks related to providing excellent patient care in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to successfully manage multiple responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
Address patients' questions and concerns regarding their health, results, treatment plans, and prescribed medications via phone outreach.
Deliver lab results and provide information on treatment solutions.
Utilize standardized triage protocols and clinical judgment to prioritize patient care needs.
Refer patients to appropriate levels of care, including emergency services, primary care providers, or specialists, as necessary.
Document triage assessments and decisions accurately and comprehensively.
Ensures completion and reconciliation of patient intake information.
Facilitates medical documentation.
Provides follow-up with patients after consultation as appropriate.
Responsible for indexing of clinical patient records as requested.
Review & interpret immunization titers.
Document interpretation according to protocols.
Review genetic test orders according to protocols and triage for genetic counselor or physician review
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or similar field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience.
