Primary Purpose:

Manages one of Norfolk Southern's Industrial Products Group account markets with, dependent on the account market, total market responsibilities ~ $500 million annually. 

Principal Duties: 

  • Produces market, revenue, and profit growth by leading and managing NS cross-functional teams to respond to the customer accounts' logistics requirements on a national and international basis.      
  • Supervises account managers and product managers assigned to the account market groups. 
  • Maintain meaningful business relationships with customers.
