The Role – Senior Sales Development Representative
As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, creating and supporting opportunities with prospective clients throughout EMEA. This role is at the forefront of our mission of delivering measurable change for 1,000 companies around the world by 2027.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated and driven by exceeding targets, passionate about sales and an analytical thinker.
As we continue to scale, the focus and responsibilities of any position are likely to be dynamic – but here’s how we initially see your skills and passion coming to life at Unmind:
- Deliver: Ensure you’re prioritising the highest impact activities in order to consistently, own and achieve your target.
- Collaborate: Develop close working relationships with the Account Executive, SDR and marketing teams to create an exceptional multichannel prospect experience with assigned customer and prospect accounts to drive revenue goals
- Execute: Create and action highly targeted outreach campaigns in partnership with Marketing & Sales that address the challenges our prospects face. These should be innovative and include but is not limited to: running and organising owned and third party events, one to many marketing activities, fostering partnerships and leveraging yours and others networks and relationships.
- Learn: Become an expert on the HR and workplace wellbeing landscape within your territory in order to and utilise market insights to advise our go-to-market teams on segmentation, buyer personas, and potential partnerships.
- Optimise: Expertly use our tech stack to ensure that we leverage the large network we have created and nurture existing accounts.
Skills and Experience
We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. However, some experience in the following is important for the role:
- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a proven track record of exceeding personal targets in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles with large buying committees and senior stakeholders.
- A passion for sales, scrappy can do attitude and expertise in prospecting into target accounts via cold calling, networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns and social outreach.
- Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth, constant change, and lots of unknowns.
- Articulate communicator, both verbal and written– with the confidence to challenge the status quo externally when speaking to senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously
- An analytical thinker who can use both quantitative and qualitative feedback to make informed decisive decisions.
- Strong experience working with relevant Sales Development technology platforms (such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Gong, D&B etc)
- Passionate about mental health, tech-for-good, and generally improving people’s lives.
