The Role

 

Do you have experience of working in change across complex, multi-faceted programmes?

 

Dentons is recruiting a Change and Training Analyst to support the implementation of the Firmwide Finance Transformation (FFT) Programme for the UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) region

 

 

The FFT Programme is designed to transform Dentons’ finance function into the business partnering function of the future, across multiple geographic regions and offices. This will be achieved by rolling out a new practice management system (Elite 3E) integrated with ancillary solutions, aligned with new processes, ways of working whilst also maintaining the necessary compliance and controls.

 

This position will report to the UKIME Change, Communications & Training Lead and will work with the regional implementation workstreams. The Change and Training Analyst will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the transformative change is effectively managed through the implementation of strategies to accelerate adoption and manage the impacts of the programme on the region’s staff and Partners.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

The Change and Training Analyst will be involved in a wide range of change management and training aspects including change impact analysis, training logistics, communication, stakeholder management/engagement, business readiness and post deployment support.

 

Key Deliverables

  • Supporting the Change Manager and the Training Lead in the development and execution of change, communication, engagement and training strategies to ensure end user adoption of the technical solutions and new ways of working.
  • Understanding the impacts of the FFT programme at a regional level and supporting all change management activities that effectively manage those impacts in readiness for go live.
  • Management of the learning management system (LMS)
  • Logistical and administrative support to the People Workstream including scheduling sessions, distribution of invites and management of the shared mailbox.
  • Data analysis and reporting for the People Workstream.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the mobilisation and maintenance of a change champion network, including recruitment, meeting scheduling and agendas, and documenting and acting upon change champion feedback.
  • Supporting the training team with the logistics of user acceptance testing (UAT), development and distribution of meeting invites, and management of the shared mailbox. 
  • Prepare and disseminate materials (e.g., pre-course instructions, feedback forms)
  • Working with impacted user groups to demonstrate the technical solutions and capturing feedback. Working with the Change Manager to analyse the change impacts from these exercises to feed into the training delivery plan.
  • Working closely with the training team to ensure training links are registered on the LMS and reporting on enrolment and attendance data. 
  • To update and communicate training content on SharePoint, so that users know where to find useful resources.
  • Supporting the programme team in go-live preparedness activities and forming part of the user support model at go-live.
  • Coordination of go-live and post deployment activities to support end users during the transition to future state.

 

Required experience, skills, and attributes

  • Previous experience or exposure to programme and/or change management
  • Strong project management and administration skills
  • The ability to capture information and action feedback where required
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) or equivalent business system.
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Skilled in responding to issues as they arise and adapting to changing environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work with a wide variety of people and projects collaboratively
