Your role in the team

 

We have a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opening for a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator. You will be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition team collaborating with the Talent Acquisition consultants and hiring managers to support all their administrative duties and ensure a great customer service is provided to all candidates and business stakeholders.

In this role you will also have the opportunity to develop recruitment skills through project work and candidate sourcing. You will be target driven and able to respond and manage within tight deadlines, applying the highest standards to your work at all times.

This role may become permanent depending on business needs.

 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Recruitment systems administration
  • Drafting and issuing candidate communication
  • Assisting with entry level recruitment
  • Assisting with scheduling of interviews and assessments
  • Preparation of interview guides
  • Management of background check process for all new hires
  • Report and metrics generation
  • Attendance at and supporting preparation for recruitment events
  • TA project work as required
  • Candidate sourcing as required
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

 

So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

 

  • Applicants must demonstrate they meet one of the following criteria for employment at Allstate:
    • Must be either a British/Irish Citizen or
    • An EEA national and hold valid settled status or pre settled status or
    • Be a Non-UK/EEA national with UK permanent residency status at the point of offer. 
  • Allstate is not providing sponsorship for this vacancy.
  • A Degree in Human Resources or Business Studies
  • Have a minimum of 1 year’s commercial administrative experience within a recruitment environment gained in an undergraduate placement or post graduate employment.
  • Experience using recruitment IT systems.

 

We also have some desirable criteria

 

  • Experience using Success Factors (SF) or Workday
  • Degree qualification at 2.2 or higher
