Job Summary:

 

Demand Planning & Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for Israel market business demand fulfillment covering both demand planning and customer service activities & will be responsible for creating and effectively managing the Company’s Forecasting and Supply Planning systems to deliver key Company targets i.e. Forecast Accuracy and Product Availability while keeping in-country inventory at budgeted level.
As one of the visible CP representatives of the Israel customer, the role owner also assumes a key role in improving customer case fill and engagement levels.

 

Key Responsibilities


•    Develop, implement and run Company’s forecast generation system
•    Align on the final replenishment plan based on customer’s order and inventory level target 
•    Develop an efficient information flow with other functions inside the company for integrated planning of new product launches 

•    Ensure demand and supply visibility for the market with proactively looking for alternate solutions to minimize supply risk 
•    Regularly monitor the customer's on hand stock coverage and propose order adjustments in case of coverage risk
•    Build long-term continuous knowledge on the in-country market specifics relating to demand forecasting
•    Ensure efficient utilization of SAP throughout the Customer Service & Logistics organization
•    Have regular reviews with customer about local customer to trade service level, review the gaps   

 

Required Qualifications

 

•    A Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering or related fields / Business Administration / International Trade
•    Minimum 2 years of Customer service or planning experience at a multinational FMCG company
•    Fluent in English

•    Advanced analytical abilities
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Tools expertise
•    Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

 

Preferred Qualifications:


•    Master's Degree
•    SAP knowledge
