The Case Administrator is a client-dedicated role that supports the client’s legal department. In this role you will serve as a case Administrator and will support a team of project managers. Together, you will deliver world-class support to multiple litigation and legal matters. You will interact with in-house counsel, internal business groups, outside counsel, and eDiscovery vendors to help organize cases and ensure case deadlines are being met. As a case assistant you foster a collaborative environment with a can-do attitude and a vision of excellence, inclusivity, and compassion while also being process-oriented and striving for efficiency.

Responsible for maintaining organization of cases
Case closure

Utilize off-the-shelf and proprietary data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
Support other team members with training and education to encourage best practices and high-quality service
Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum Experience Requirements:
2+ years hands-on experience working with legal departments or in litigation, including project management
Knowledge of the litigation lifecycle
Strong technical aptitude and interest
Interest in learning a variety of tools to aid in eDiscovery, knowledge management and vendor engagement to assist project managers
Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams.
Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, while exploring new areas of expertise as business needs change
Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk
Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports others
Customer service oriented and responsive
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, are essential
