What You'll Do

  • 1. Brand Strategy and Development:
  • • Lead the strategic development, sourcing, and curation of F&B brands under the Eatopi portfolio.
  • • Develop and implement long-term brand strategies to achieve sustained growth.
  • • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to position Eatopi effectively in the market.
  • 2. Marketing and Promotions:
  • • Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • • Oversee promotional strategies including limited-time offers (LTOs), menu innovations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all channels.
  • 3. Social Media and Creative Coordination:
  • • Coordinate with social media agencies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms.
  • • Lead all creative work streams, ensuring brand voice and visual identity are consistently represented.
  • • Manage content creation, campaign development, and execution to optimize brand visibility and consumer interaction.
  • 4. Event Management:
  • • Develop and execute an events and pop-up strategy that aligns with brand objectives and market opportunities.
  • • Manage all aspects of event planning, from concept to execution, to enhance brand experience and engagement.
  • 5. Culinary Innovation:
  • • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to guide menu development, ensuring it reflects the brand’s ethos and market trends.
  • • Involved in planning and executing the overall culinary development including new product launches and menu revisions.
  • 6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are met and that projects are delivered effectively.
  • 7. Reporting and Analysis:
  • • Monitor, analyze, and report on brand performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and increase ROI.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
