RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the overall growth of Qualia’s platform sales in the United States through thoughtful management of our people and process
Coach and develop Account Executives leading to sound execution of our Account-Based Sales process
Support Account Executives at any point in the duration of the sales cycle, which includes leaving your desk to inspire, real-time call coaching and direct contact with accounts
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and KPI goals
Provide visibility and set clear expectations with the VP of Sales in regards to effective pipeline management, attentive people management, and accurate forecasting
Develop strong working relationships with the Executive Team, Sales Leaders, Revenue Operations, Marketing and others leading to cross-functional success
Create a culture of winning and continuous improvement
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
2+ years of software sales with a proven track record as a top performer
6+ years of experience leading a high powered, primarily inside, sales team to stellar results
Experience selling Vertical SaaS or a Platform Play preferred
Successful track record of beating multi-million dollar annual team quotas
History of hiring, developing and promoting sales talent
Working knowledge of sales engagement platforms like Outreach and conversational intelligence tools like Gong
Inspirational and professional communicator on any medium (e.g. presentations, meetings, phone calls, email, social media)
Fearless and effectual sales skill coach who can hold reps accountable
High energy with the ability to establish trust and loyalty with your team
Ability to work well with ambiguity, solve problems and think on your feet
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to do what it takes
Intellectual curiosity
Based in Austin with ability to work in office a minimum of two days per week is required
