Director, EMEA Partner Marketing 

The Zscaler Global Partner Marketing team is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead EMEA Partner Marketing. This high impact role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy focused on driving partner awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation through Zscaler’s ecosystem of partners. 

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in theater-wide leadership roles within a hyper growth environment. Extensive experience in partner ecosystems, co-marketing strategies, planning, budgeting, pipeline generation, and business/marketing metrics and analytics. 

 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive framework for joint marketing plans with clear objectives, key metrics, and outcomes 
  • Create a strategic framework to deliver partner-initiated pipeline and accelerate thru-partner business results 
  • Collaborate with various marketing, channel, alliance, and enablement stakeholders in developing cross-functional go-to-market strategies 
  • Partner with Vice President of Americas Channel & Alliances Sales to align marketing and investments to support the organization’s business goals 
  • Establish a planning and budgeting operating model aligned to Global Partner Marketing 
  • Build strong relationships with peer executives within Zscaler’s top partners 
  • Measure and report on key metrics and performance indicators across partner campaigns, investments, and overarching business results 
  • Build for scale: assess and evolve organizational structure, programs, and operating model to deliver partner marketing success at scale 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years relevant work experience in partner marketing with b2b technology companies
  • Experience across the partner ecosystem including: Solution Providers, GSIs, Technology Alliances, Service Providers, Hyperscalers, Distributors 
  • Experience building high performing teams 
  • Demonstrated success in creating robust, integrated partner demand generation campaigns
  • Clear understanding of funnel metrics, ROI, targets and analysis, and the ability to affect results across multiple functions 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Advanced leadership skills
  • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across teams, sales, partners, vendors
  • B.S. or B.A. required
