Distribution Center Material Handling Associate 1 - N3
Nike Shelby Distribution Center (Shelby DC)
Shift: Saturday - Monday 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour*
*(Shift Differential applicable for appropriate hours)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Distribution Center Operations Associate 1 your responsibilities will be:
- Loading boxes and containers onto the conveyor.
- Ensuring quantities match requested customer order levels.
- Supporting VAS activities based on customer orders.
- Using RF devices to scan/complete material movements in the system.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work with fellow operations associates, specialists and various operation management teams.

This is an entry-level position; no prior warehouse experience is required.
Must be able to:
- Read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing safety.
- Load, unload, and move heavy boxes and packages weighing up to 50 lbs. (with reasonable accommodation if needed).
- Fulfill the physical requirements of the position, which include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time (with reasonable accommodation if needed)
