We are looking for a dynamic and insightful individual to build and lead our marketing function. This role will be instrumental in:
The ideal candidate will likely currently manage a marketing team and is looking to go back to having the chance to spend time doing things. The role starts as an individual contributor role, where the Head of Marketing will be expected to produce materials and deliver value with their own contributions. As the role develops, the role will transition into having a larger share of management responsibility, where the Head of Marketing will be expected to assemble and run a high-performing marketing team.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and a proven track record of success in similar positions, ideally within the technology or startup landscape. Your ability to quickly understand and clearly communicate complex technological concepts will be vital, as well as your strategic and analytical thinking skills, which will help you turn insights into effective marketing strategies. You will also need experience in brand building and digital marketing, with strong competencies in content strategy and lead generation being highly desirable. Leadership and team management skills are essential, with a focus on talent development and fostering a collaborative work environment. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are critical, enabling you to convey your vision and reach a consensus effectively. The role requires adaptability and agility, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Experience in deep tech or emerging tech markets would be particularly advantageous.
