Job Description

What's the opportunity ?

This is a 12 month maternity cover.

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to support the Head of Operations with identifying opportunities for improvements and drive impactful change within our UK operations - this will also include assisting on global approaches to business, project management and reporting practices.

Here's how you'll do it:

• Support allocated business systems (e.g. Hubspot, NetSuite, Dynamics, Celigo)
• Work with stakeholders to ensure the successful outcomes of allocated local and global projects
• Run Key Performance metrics
• Assist with the development and completion of projects to drive additional revenue streams 
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve business unit performance - be that change management advocate
• Provide global visibility into business unit performance
• Ensure the successful local deployment and adoption of new systems and processes
• Remove obstacles and inefficiencies that stymie UK growth and operational efficiencies

Qualifications

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 2 years professional or relevant experience.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Solid experience in creating and presenting business analysis, plans and reports to different Business Units
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
• Strong process analysis skills.
• Strong business application skills, particularly in Google G Suite / Workspace
• Experience in using ERPs and business intelligence tools.
• High attention to detail, diligence and follow-through.
• Excellent planning, time management and project management skills
