As a Resource Management Analyst at Aprio, you will play a crucial role in optimizing resource allocation, monitoring performance metrics, and driving operational efficiency within our workforce management team. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with workforce management team members to analyze staffing needs and forecast resource requirements based on business demand and project scope. 
  • Utilize workforce management software and tools to monitor real-time adherence, schedule adherence, and service level agreements (SLAs). 
  • Generate and maintain accurate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to resource utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency. 
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness. 
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to meet business objectives and client expectations. 
  • Collaborate with department leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to address resource scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, and resource allocation challenges. 
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and discussions to provide insights, recommendations, and updates related to workforce management activities. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workforce management and operational analytics. 
  • Support training and development initiatives for workforce management team members to enhance skills, knowledge, and capabilities..

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Professional certification (e.g., RMCP, PMP, SHRM-CP) is a plus. 
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in resource management, data management, or workforce planning, preferably within a professional services firm or accounting environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and workforce metrics. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in Power BI, resource/workforce management software and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse personalities and stakeholders across all levels of the organization. 
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively prioritize competing demands.
